This is amusing! I read this article (Philosopher finds glitch in worldwide patent laws). But, if you go through my blogs on my blog portal, then not only I’ve found flaws in the Worldwide Patent Laws, but also in the Madrid Procedures, BERNE Convention, w.r.t. Examination Reports issued under the ISA (IPRP, SISA, ISR, or Local FERs), and how they’re in contradiction with the examination reports issued in the Trademark Applications at local laws; and on what grounds the Natural Person / Co-Inventor should include AI and Robots, with respect to Reason and Logic, and many others, and wherein why the AI Systems generating sub-AI Systems should be included under the list of Providers/Deployers/Operators too; First.
Just because I don’t send my writings in any of the formal journals, newspapers; nor I’m a part of academia, corporate or media; and restrict this data further to my own blogs only and furthermore include it in my IP books that I publish separately:
(and thanks to google search that didn’t index my data, until I had requested them, as demonstrated by me in my earlier blogs; for example, just go and search, Pranav Chaturvedi Poet or Blogger on www.google.com , and then compare with the results shown in with www.bing.com, or, www.duckduckgo.com , or even on www.yahoo.com , and then you’ll come to known the issues how much contingent search engines are), then that doesn’t mean some other person has found it just recently, because that person is the part of the Academia or of any Corporate. Nope! And might be before me also, someone might’ve found that too, I’m not denying it. But as far as my knowledge and belief, and the DATA I had gone through and checked the similarity index with mine, my blogs described the above discrepancies in the global IP Laws, First. This I leave to others, to check the similarity index. It’s all open on the Internet and Books.Furthermore, if you’re associated with any Corporate, then please remember that, they considered even LIKE Button as an Invention, which I refuted. They even use the term invention for the coined words or phrases, the usage which again long back, ought to have been considered erroneous.
Thus, kindly don’t use the term first time found. Please mention, if there are any other writings available on the books / blogs, that also mentioned the same contingencies and discrepancies in the system.
As for example, I’m the First Human Poet on this Planet to write hundreds of Poetries on AI, Robots, and inclusion of Species Another, but these days, I read in the media and academia that they would invite someone with the title -> poet and poetries in the generation of AI, as if they are the first, which is absolutely wrong. Again, these hollow marketing strategies work, if you’re associated with Academia, Corporate, or Media industry, or hire PR agencies for Pay & Use purposes, and I’m not associated with any of the above things.
Thus, kindly check before using the words.
Thank You! 😊
